Upcoming Events:

  1. Sunday, January 29th – 5th Sunday – Pot luck lunch after service. Please stay for food and fun fellowship.
  2. Sunday, February 5th – We will be having a meeting immediately after church in the CR Room.  We are forming a Jubilee planning committee, if you are interested and would like to join the planning team, please attend this meeting.  Volunteers to help at the Jubilee will be requested at a later date. Please see Andy or Red with questions.
  3. Friday, February 17th – Practice Sorting – registration is $15.  See Terry Carter with questions.
  4. Tuesday, February 21 – Women’s Ministry Meeting @ 7 pm
  5. Sunday, February 26th – 6th Annual Chili Cook-Off -  Entry fee is $5.00. Please see Debbie or Fred Johnson.  All entries must be placed by one of numbers on the tables by 10:00 am. Late entries will not be accepted due the large amount of contestants and limited time for judging.
  6. 1st round of buckle Series Play Day will be March 10th. If anyone is interested in volunteering, please see Andrew Champion.

  • Our Nursery opens Sunday morning at 9:45 a.m. Our Sunday morning worship service is at 10:00 a.m..
    Our youth meet every Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m. Children’s Church is also at 10:30.
  • Our open arena for Rafter J members and their guests is every Sunday afternoon from 1-5 p.m. Our general
    open arena is every Monday night 6:30 to 9 p.m.
  • Every Tuesday night we have a prayer service that meets at 7 p.m. at the church.
  • Celebrate Recovery meets every Wednesday night at the church from 7 – 9 p.m.
  • Every Thursday night Rafter J hosts a Buck-out with steer and bull riding. Sign-up is at 6 p.m. and the
    riding starts at 7 p.m. We serve free hot dogs to everyone.
  • Our horsemanship class meets every Friday night from 7 – 8:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, February 12, we’re having a Valentine’s Day Dinner and Dance. Tickets for the meal are $15 per
    couple, $7.50 per person, or $5 for a child’s plate. See anyone in our Women’s Ministry for tickets.
  • Our Women’s Ministry, Rafter J’s Cowgirl Up for Christ, meets Tuesday, February 15, at 7 p.m.
  • And on Saturday, February 19, we are hosting the World Senior Professional Bull Riders here at Rafter J.

    • No Celebrate Recovery or Buckout the first week of February due to bad weather
